How did I go so long without these??? They make traveling so much better and organized. It's so easy to find items in your suitcase when organized with this great packing cubes. I would suggest buying 2 sets as one may not be enough. Great quality and compact.

We own two of last year's version of Rick's Convertible Carry-on Bag. Lived out of them for 2-1/2 weeks in Europe each of the last two summers. We also bought TWO sets each of these Rick Steves' packing cubes, which exactly fit inside his Convertible Carry-on Bag (2 large and 4 small Rick packing cubes perfectly fit inside his bag - or eliminate one small cube to allow space for your dopp or toiletry kit in the bag.) If you are familiar with Rick's travel philosophy (travel light and carry-on) these cubes are a perfect compliment to his bag - or any bag you pack. They are see-through for ease of finding what you are looking for, and add virtually no weight to your bag. They keep everything organized, which keeps you from unpacking the entire bag each time you need one item. These are the lightest packing cubes on the market. Nothing fancy to add weight. Very strong material. Highly compressible. Strong zippers. I have owned 4 sets of these for 3+ years. I use them for travel and also to store my clothes in when out of season. Highly recommended.
I have tested other brands, but they are too heavy, bulky, and use unnecessary fabric. Rick Steves keeps impressing me. Great quality and best price.

I was skeptical that some packing cubes would really revolutionize my packing for an upcoming vacation, but all of the positive reviews made me give them a try. I'm very, very glad that I did. These were absolutely indispensable and allowed our carry-on suitcases to stay wonderfully organized over 2 full weeks of constant unpacking and repacking. You no longer have to wrinkle your entire wardrobe to find that one specific pair of socks because you know exactly where it is (and you can SEE it through the mesh)! They flatten down if you don't fill them all the way and also expand to fit a lot more clothes than you would think. I stuck one in my backpack to keep certain items easy to find on our day trips as well. At this price, you'd be silly not to try them ... these packing cubes really do make a huge difference and will eliminate a big source of stress during your travels.

I just ordered these almost at the last minute to use on a 3 day trip to a business conference.
I wanted to pack very light and very efficiently with minimal delays (and annoyance) at the airport, and boy, am I glad I ordered these!
I had also ordered (from QVC) the Travelon 14" Wheeled Carry-On and knew that I was going to want to be able to have my items easily accessible but also not have them rummaged through too much by security because you know how sometimes what goes in once doesn't necessarily go back in again! (LOL)
Anyway, the two items could not have worked more perfectly together and I highly recommend them. It made all that part of the trip very pleasant and stress free, plus kept everything neat and it its place in the hotel room (which I shared with others).
I will use these again and again and order more sets.
